Yet more facts ermge that indicate "Professor" Ward Churchill is a plagiarist, as well as a huge jerk. If UC can't fire him, given all the "problems" in his past, then no university can fire anyone.

Article after article about Ward Churchill, claiming his fight is a fight for First Amendment rights and Academic Freedoms, when it is not. At the same time almost nothing about Professor Phil Mitchell, also of CU-Boulder, who faces termination after more than twenty years of outstanding teaching for invoking God within relevant context of his teaching.
Why? Because Professor Mitchell, who actually holds an earned doctorate, is a Conservative and Christian.
Once more the truth and facts about the news media are demonstrated by these two stark contrasts: If you are a liar, a fraud, a coward, a traitor to the United States of America like Ward Churchill, the news media will defend you to the last. But if you have morals and ethics like Professor Mitchell--screw you.
It is no wonder fewer and fewer people respect the news media when this sort of double standard is readily perpetuated.
